Lost interest of playing tonight. Just bought a rebirth scroll and revive myself, then I died again 1 hr later due to connection lost with server. I'm not sure it's the router problem or ISP site... but no mood to play anymore... although I got a ring and a ToW 4/1 Int but that still can't cover the lost... not even half of the lost... I swear I'll get a dedicated line and a good router only for myself... line sharing ? screw that... damnit...

Oh well, it's not everything that's bad in that 1 hr. At least I got the chance to witness the kerpal, the top ranking player in Hanin server, who is ranked #6 atm, got owned by Demon Monster (aka ugly key keeper) in D4 floor 1 in front of me... hehe.. see below:



I'm just lvl 57, kerpal's lvl is 69, and he still dies ugly... got the point? Mage is so fragile in Kal :S

I'm using Azureus lately to do Bittorrent download, and for those that have used Azureus before, you should be pretty faimilar with these 2 icons : and .

I never get a before since I started to use Azureus because I don't have "total control" of the router in the place where I stay previously. The previous housemates who own the router are just too scared to touch the router settings and hence, tweaking the router to speed up BT downloading is a forbidden area.

Well, I always thought that their reason is so funny... but, now I think that's reasonable because I just messed up the router's settings in the new place I stay right now and crippled the internet connection... lol... that sucks because obviously it's not my fault. The Belkin router is rebooted after I changed the settings, that's normal... but it's not when some of the WAN settings are lost after rebooting ! I was like.. OMG! this router is crap... how can the router make such stupid mistake ?

Everything is too late. So I have to ran to a place that has internet connection, searched for the ISP's DNS IP address and other settings info. The lucky thing is that, the username and password is still saved in the router. The router finally works after several dozens of rebooting. My piece of advise ? Remember your settings before rebooting your router ! I know information should not be deleted/lost after a rebooting process... but shit happens ! so watch out =)

Now instead of NAT Error, I have after configured the port forwarding thing. Download speed is significantly boosted by at least twice. So if you still have NAT problem, you should really configure your router... it really speeds you up =)

After quiting playing KalOnline for almost 3 months, I removed the client files on my notebook. It's not because I'm no longer interested in it, it's because my client is too old to run the game. Kal got a major patch/update that my old client is no longer able to run... So I have to re-download the 300Mb client file and I'm running around D1 splashing doggebis and masks !

One thing amazed me is that, the economy for Hanin server is 1000% inflated !! If you can't imagine that, I'll fill you up... For example, a Rebirth Scroll which worth around 100k geons will now be sold like 1,000,000, which is 1kk = 1M .... WTF ??? Eels are sold around 7k each and now they're like 70k.. omg... that's so gay... Oh well, it's gay, but thinking on the other side, I stocked up quite alot of items that I bought before I quit... like EXP stones they're originally around 400k, now they worth 4m, moving scroll originally worth.. umm.. can't remember.. but they worth like 60k each.. and I have 560+ of them in my inventory... muahaha...

But the sad thing is... I'm a level 57 mage, and I'm still using my G46 armor pieces and G48 savage stick.. everytime I joined a party and I'll get all sorts of question "Wow, nice level.. where is your g50?" @#$^!& ... damnit.. don't I have rights to be poor in game even Im a high level mage ?

One thing that is pushing me to play is that those old ex-guildmates, they're were previously lower level than me... and now, they're in the server's top 100 ranking players ! If I didn't stop for that long, I guess I'll be in the top 100 as well... geez...

It rain for like whole day today. I just love this kind of weather. It's not heavy rain, but just light shower that rains non-stop through out the whole day. The only thing that would make it perfect is a short and warm weather in the morning. I prefer to wake up in a sunny morning instead of sky full of dark clouds. Just hope it will be "my way" on tomorrow.

William(Xiao He) came over to Brisbane branch yesterday. We went down to the coast today since he never been to Gold Coast before. Stop by Harbour Town on the way, I grabbed a jumper and a pair of Adidas shoe from the shops. It seems that Harbour Town is expanding, that's good news for guys since there aren't many men shops before that. But any how, with Jimmy and William, we're able (I'm forced to) finish the "shopping trip" in an hour no matter how big Harbour Town got expanded =) You'll be amazed to see the comparison results between the male and female shopping path. It reminds me about the shortest path thing... hehe...

It's so warm on the noon time, but then the rain on afternoon caused the temperature suddenly dropped till 17+ degrees. Huge waves and cold wind blowing on the Gold Coast beach, I can even count the people on the beach with my fingers. That indicates that winter is here and there's nothing to do and watch on the beach =p

Anyway, I bought two beanies in Surfers Paradise, one gray and one black. Never try wearing a beanie before, but I guess I'll be using them pretty soon with this kinda weather ^^

Finally, after several weeks, I'm able to sit down (well, actually lying on my bed) quietly, peacefully, to blog something. It's not that I'm busy or whatever, just that I don't have the mood to write something after a rough day of work. I deserve more =)

Oh well, nothing much changes in my life. Everyday the same day. Today's a bit different. CEO pay a visit to Brisbane branch today but I don't think "You guys are doing excellent" will help or affect what I am doing right now. No promise or actions are considered or taken after I throw out the question. Well, I guess that's the end of the story, it's nothing new.

I did mentioned above that I'm lying on my bed right now. Yup, I finally bought a bed tray, or breakfast tray or whatever you call. It's a small tray with legs and sits on the bed. I never dare to use it for breakfast serving, because my bed ain't coke/milf-proof, and it's not anti-cockroach as well. I only use it to put my notebook, so that I can cover myself with quilt and blanket during the winter and use the notebook at the same time. It's only $12.95 from Ikea. (and oh ya, it's optical mouse friendly too hehe)

Working slowly on my site since the last update. I'm working on the url rewrite thing. Like usual, alot of files/codes are affected. I just need more practice in order to produce a quality codes that's versatile and easily expandable.

I'm seeking for a new phone lately. Went to alot of shops and I just realize that the phones in Australia are so limited. It's like every shops are selling the same phones. It sucks when the telephone companies and phone manufacturer are standing on the same side.

Anyway, Nokia 6280 is my first choice. I read alot of reviews on the internet. Even though there are many reviews mentioned about the poor quality of photos taken from the 2 Mega pixel camera, I still consider it as a nice phone. However, I gave up my stand for this phone after I read the 2 MP camera test: 6280 vs N70 vs D750. It's very obvious that the photo is more "sharper" and I guess it's also something to do with the compression settings the phone uses. It reminds me about the early days of digital cameras. It's just a crappy 2 Mega pixel camera.

Nokia N70 is fine but I feel that it's bulky and it gets alot of heat from users review. Other than the photo quality, N70 is nothing more better than 6280. I guess I'll just have to wait for better phones that's coming out later on this year. 3.2 Mega pixel camera phone is on its way =)

Home alone is boring and one thing has been bothering me, which is I need to stock things up. It's home alone 2 now, and guess what ? I just stocked up 36 cans of Coke. Well, it's not my fault but the buy 2 pack promotion is so damn attractive and cheap. I just can't resist it. Since Brisbane is under level 2 water restriction alert, it's so cheap that I could even use Coke to substitute water for car washing. Anyway, how to finish 36 cans of Coke in 1 or 2 weeks time will be one of my short term goal.

Rumour has it that it's not advisable to drink more than 2 can of Coke in one day. That applies to other drink like Pepsi.

Whatever, let's start counting... 36 x 375ml = 13500ml...

Time flies... the last blog was 5 days ago. Life? Wake up on 7am, eat, work and sleep on 11pm. In between you got fun, sometimes shit happens, like today, no big deal... the earth is still spinning and so do I, Im alive and kicking. Sometimes come to think about it, why am I here ? What is the purpose for me to exist in this world ? I've been thinking of this since I'm 10. This question popup in my mind again after going through a rough day, sitting down quietly while watching a baby eating. You got all sorts of answers to that, but basically, nobody got the absolute answer for it.

Some people they live for themselves, some live for other people, the rest just thought living is meaningless. Majority of people didn't aware that they are living for other people. To me, I don't consider those found living meaningless or commit suicide because of that, as "lost"... to me, that's just another type of living or perception. It's just like what is right and what is wrong... There's is no absolute way to define it... It's right if you think it is right...

Sometimes, I laugh at those people who participates seminar/group activities that hypnotise people "Life's precious" "You gonna set a goal for your life" bla bla bla etc etc... It's like, how the hell can you be sure that living is better than after you leave this world? Ironically, I agree they're helpful and I do participate that kinda activities too... Life is life, that is life...

I'm don't know why I wrote this "what do you live for" thing for... For me, at this moment, I want to live because it feels so good to lie on my feel-so-good-sofa with a blanket in this cold weather, half way going to sleep...

Alex and Kelly is going off for a almost-3-weeks holidays on tonight. That means I'll be home alone for 3 weeks... scary ~~~ Basically that also means "3 missing 1" becomes "1 missing 3" when it comes for games. That also means that I will have nightmare which last for next 3 weeks because I need to look after Alex's job scope in the company. That's what I'm scared of since 2 months ago - my job load will be doubled or even trippled !! That sounds gay but I gonna do what I gonna do... no choice !

Most of the time the meals are prepared by Kelly & Alex. So when they are away, I'll have to cook everything for myself. It's just like getting back to old days. Just asking myself am I starting to get used of this situation or am I spoilt by them =)
