Incorrect weather temperature - 1:02 am
Bug , Site Issue , Site Updates  -  poster

Fixed the incorrect weather info on my page. It shows -18 degree Celcius whenever the weather data is not available (-18 because of the formula used to convert Fahrenheit to Celcius). It now shows N/A for info if there are no weather data from Weather.com.

Check, check and more checking before you start to process an input.

New cigarette package - 9:25 pm

Cigarette Warning
Smokers out there, have you notice the new cigarette packing in Australia?

" After March 1, 2006, cigarettes sold in Australia must be packaged with the following health warnings. The warnings must cover 30% of the front and 90% of the back of the cigarette package.

Seven warnings are rotated within brands, and after 12 months, a different set of seven warnings is used. "

To me, it really doesn't matter since most of the smokers they just smoke... who cares the packaging looks uber cool or ugly while what they really need is a cigarette in their mouth ?
Cigarette Warning
In my opinion, there wont be huge direct impact to the smoker even the picture covers 100% of the cigarette package. Everybody knows smoking kills... but who gives a damn on that ? ;)

There are only 2 types of smokers, one is those that afford to pay for smoking and the other type they just not willing to pay extra money for cigarettes. Obviously, cigarettes are still consider cheap unless you're a heavy smoker that smokes 2 or more packets a day. It's hell cheap in some countries that you can just burn them and act as mosquito repel... or at least kill the mosquito with cancer. So, to really reduce the smoking, government just have to tax alot more on cigarettes to make it feels like it's not a cheap thing to own it.

All tobacco products have been medically proven to considerably shorten lifespans. You CAN quit smoking. Call Quitline 131 848, talk to your doctor or pharmacist, or visit www.quitnow.info.au

Lastly, enjoy the pictures while you smoke. (will you quit smoking after looking at the picture? nah...)
