I rarely fry fried rice ever since I cooked fried rice for my friend to eat but she refused to eat due to the fact that the fried rice looks so bad that it looks more like wet rice. It looks like Chinese New Year Cake, or "Nian Gao" if you couldn't imagine it ...

After that horrible incident, fried rice is no longer my option except fried noodle. But thanks to my new housemate, he taught me how to do fried rice. The fried rice is just like what you eat in those chinese restaurant.
